The bungalows are situated on an elevated terrace with glimpses of the ocean. All our accommodation is designed to absorb the natural bush surroundings and it is common to see a perenti lizard cruising past or even, a wedgetail eagle scouting the grounds for its next meal. You can take in views of the caravan park and it is just a short stroll down to the beach to enjoy some fishing or beachcombing. Your bungalow consists of a main bedroom that contains a double size bed with a semi-ensuite with the two single beds off the air-conditioned main living area. The living area has a self-contained kitchen with full size fridge/freezer, microwave, television and stove. A shady semi-enclosed outdoor verandah adds to your living area with your own gas barbeque and outdoor setting which allows for the open air feeling of north-west living. Please note that we do provide linen and bedding, however you will have to bring your own towels. Each bungalow has its own car parking area with a side door entrance onto your outdoor verandah. There are shared laundry facilities available with clothes lines close by. It is a short walk to the reception/shop, caf� and pool.

Ningaloo Lighthouse Caravan Park is situated amongst the best nature has to offer. Our cabins are the cheapest budget style self-contained accommodation you will find in WA. Perfect for traveling families or even a small group of fisherman who want a comfy bed after a hard day of fishing. Close to all facilities on the caravan park yet, still regularly visited by our resident emus and �Fatso� our friendly crow might even pop his head in for a free feed. Your air-conditioned cabin consists of a main bedroom that contains a double bed with a toilet and hand basin in an adjoining room. An ablution block is close by for showers. The living area has a kitchen with full size fridge/freezer, electric fry pan and microwave. All cooking utensils, cutlery and crockery are supplied. The single bed and bunks are located at the end of this room. The TV is viewed in the main living area. A shady semi-enclosed outdoor verandah adds to your living area with your own gas barbeque and outdoor setting which allows for the open air feeling of north west living. Please note that we do provide linen and bedding however, you will have to bring your own towels. Each Cabin has car parking area with a side door entrance onto your outdoor verandah. There are shared laundry facilities available with clothes lines close by. The cabins are ideal accommodation if you are spending your days exploring the wondrous Ningaloo Reef and Cape Range National Park, you can still relax in comfy surroundings without it costing the earth NOTE: No stove is supplied in Cabin accommodation.

Lighthouse Chalet
Your air-conditioned brick chalet consists of a large kitchen adjoining the living area; it is equipped with stove, microwave, large fridge and all crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils. There is also a television for your viewing. The main bedroom contains a queen-size bed and the second bedroom contains two sets of double bunks. Walking through the second bedroom you will find the bathroom and toilet. Equipped with your own gas barbeque on the outdoor verandah, you can kick back around the outdoor setting and check out the views over the sand dunes into the bay. It comfortably sleeps 6 people. Please note that we do provide linen and bedding, however you will have to bring your own towels. There is ample car parking space available behind the unit, which is also suitable for a medium size boat. There are shared laundry facilities available with clothes lines close by
The Lookout Chalets have been designed to capture nature at its best. From each of our seven chalets you get panoramic views of the surf beach, Muiron Islands, Lighthouse Bay, and the whole North West Cape. This is the best view in Exmouth and you won�t regret choosing to stay �on the hill�. Look out over the horizon and see the white spray of salt water coming from the "blow" of huge humpback whales as they surface for air while rounding the North West Cape on their annual migration to or from the area. At times the whales can be seen close to shore where they breach the surface and the expanse of their body or tail fin can be identified amongst the spray. Nature is playing on your back doorstep up here so don�t forget the binoculars. The bay is always buzzing with sea life, birds, surfers, boats and divers so you can take it all in from the comfort of your deck. Your lookout chalet consists of a large self-contained kitchen in the air conditioned main living area with a full sized fridge/freezer, stove and microwave with all crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils supplied. The living room provides a television and DVD player with dining and lounge seating. The main bedroom with bathroom access contains a queen size bed; the second bedroom contains a double bunk. The generous outdoor verandah, with your own gas barbeque and outdoor setting, flows onto a timber deck where you can enjoy the breath taking views. Please note that we do provide linen and towels, however you will have to bring your own beach towels to take to the beach or pool. Each chalet has its own carport, out of the sun, with a side door entrance on to your outdoor verandah. As there is limited space and turning room on top of the hill we do ask that large vessels be left on the terrace at the foot of the Lookout Chalets. There are shared laundry facilities available with clothes lines close by. The Lookout Chalets are located on an elevated hill approx 40m above sea level at the Ningaloo Lighthouse Caravan Park. The reception, shop and pool areas are a 5 minute walk down the hill from your accommodation.

BOOKING FEE:-
Payable within 10 days of booking by cheque or credit card.
Non-Refundable Booking Fee is $25.00 per Site and $150.00 per Accommodation.
Full amount is due for 3 nights or less.
Once a booking fee is paid the cancellation policy comes into effect.
CANCELLATION POLICY:-
We understand that sometimes even with the best of intentions the best laid plans go astray. However from the time that you make your booking your site/ accommodation is held for you. Refunds will only be given on receiving written cancellation with at least 35 days notice prior to the commencement date of your booking. A cancellation does not entitle you to a refund on a booking fee. Deposits can be transferred to another date within 6 months at the managements discretion. Please note that no refunds or credits will be issued after arrival should you vacate early.
